Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA guarantees specific uptime levels for different service tiers. Compensation for SLA breaches is outlined in our SLA documentation and is limited to the cost of the affected service.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, users are responsible for backing up their data. RackCorp is not liable for data loss unless caused by our gross negligence.

Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the pricing agreed upon at signup. Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account, including any additional services or upgrades.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with RackCorp services remain our property. Users retain rights to their own content and data.

Limitation of Liability

RackCorp’s liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for the affected service
• Direct damages only
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms. Users may terminate services by following our cancellation procedures.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
